The fourth edition of HARLEY ROCK RIDERS, the music and biker festival, rolls into Mehboob Studios in Mumbai for its grand finale on October 12th.
The annual festival, which has previously featured bands like Swedish heavy metallers WOLF, Mumbai alt rock band SPLIT, Delhi alt/funk rock band HALF STEP DOWN and Bengaluru rock band THERMAL AND A QUARTER, traveled to six cities this year. Following gigs in Pune, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Kochi and Delhi, the grand finale takes in place in Mumbai, featuring headlining sets by electro pop band SHAA’IR + FUNC, alt rock band JUNKYARD GROOVE, hard rock band OVERHUNG and three finalists of the Find Your Freedom Contest (to be announced).
While Shaa’ir + Func’s last Mumbai gig was at Rolling Stone Live Nights at Blue Frog, this March, Junkyard Groove will play from their second full-length album, Accidental Hero, which also releases on October 12th. The finale also includes choosing a winner for the Harley Davidson India Find Your Freedom Contest who will get a chance to perform at European Bike Week 2014 at Lake Faak in Austria in September next year.
