Another headbanger!! Perverse has played shows with great talented bands like Disgorge ( mexico) etc.. and have undoubtly carved their way in the underground death metal scene. These sick maniacs from Poland play some kick ass brutal death metal. Perverse do not imitate, but yes they have a Cannibal Corpish way of playing, reminding me of Tomb of the mutilated and The bleeding arts. The drummer is way too good! At an age of 16 years he has exhibited intense work which can be heard in this demo cd. Great Talent! The vocals are delivered in a similiar style like Chris barnes (Early Cannibal Corpse). deep throating with screams in combination.This demo has absolutely no problems as far as sound quality is concerned. Guitars i.e. the rythms and the leadwork give the listener tight groovy sickness! Rythms are a killer , right away from shredwork to skull pounding grooves, its throttling throughout! the lead work remains quiet technical, Although,leads are not made mandatory in all songs. The bass sound is impressive, a few sharp bass notes can be heard ( solos as well) between the songs . the songs on an average run upto more than 2 mins, but there is enough ear torturing done. Personal favourite tracks : – United by Hatred,Perverse,Dead. Death metal listeners rummaging around for something new ? Get this Perverse feeling! This band is destined to set the underground flame with hatred!!!! Rating : 4/5
