Bangalore own Melodic Thrash Metal band FORSAKEN is out with their Debut Album titled HEMISPHERES.

According to the drummer Owais Nabi, Hemispheres is a representation of endlessness of imagination, a state of dream. The band promises to deliver more exciting music with influences of thrash, melodic, progressive, rock, symphonic, classical and more. More than 8 months of effort has gone into it, it’s surely our best work till date.
“As Forsaken we focus on a very different kind of metal music. The kind of lyrics written are pretty much different phases of everyday life and emotions. Songs are written based on moods and situations as and how they flow through the human mind, so everyone has something to relate to. In this album we have come up with some aggressive material and strong songwriting.”
Their song DesolateD Dreams is already part of 2 Metal Compilation (Brutal Bengal and Unholy India Metal) featuring few International Bands. They have released 3 singles from the album till now and the response has been very good. Nolan Lewis (Kryptos) calls Forsaken, a band with unique style and different vibe than other bands around with great sense of melody and appreciated their composition heavily influenced by Moonspell and song structure like Amorphis. Manek D’Silva (Slain) calls Hemispheres full of catchy hooks and good song writing.
