Dulaijan (Assam) based death metallers, SHADES OF RETRIBUTION, have released their first single ‘MOHIXAXUR‘ after their recent lineup change. The single is the first one with their new vocalist, Biswajit Gogoi. The single titled ‘Mohixaxur‘ is based on the Hindu mythological asura ‘Mahishasura‘. The lyrics talk about parallel thoughts between the character “Mahishasura” and evil minds controlling humanity. Also, it talks about Goddess Durga who destroys corruption(in the form of woman). The single is part of the upcoming album which is already in works now. The single was produced by Vishal J Singh (Amogh Symphony)

The band also commented “Biswajit is a versatile and quite a technical vocalist. With Biswajit’s vocal techniques, our new songs are sounding full now.”
