Mumbai based symphonic death/black metal band, Demonic Resurrection, has announced the ‘The Unrelenting Guitar Cover‘ contest. The contest requires the participants to cover the band’s track ‘The Unrelenting Surge Of Vengeance‘ and upload a video of it to Youtube and send the link to demonic.resurrection.online@gmail.com and post it on the band’s Facebook page wall. Make sure you email the link so we can accept your entry. All you need is a good guitar setup and a webcam to record the cover. To make things simple and easy, the band has provided Guitar Pro 4 & 5 versions of their tab at Dropbox and Sendspace and also a PDF file incase if you do not have Guitar Pro software. The band has also uploaded a track without guitars to their Reverbnation page.

Now for the goodies. The winner will be the ‘Fan Of The Month‘ and will win cool ESP Guitar t-shirt sponsored by Furtados Music along with winning some cool Demonic Resurrection merchandise like wristbands, plectrums, signed posters and a signed CD and brand new DR stickers.

The winner will be selected by the band members after watching and rating all submissions and a small weightage will be given to the user ratings on their Youtube page.
