German Progressive Rock band Fire on Dawson to embark on their second Tour to the Indian subcontinent in February 2012. After their highly successful tour in 2010/2011, where the band performed at the prestigious MOOD INDIGO Festival, Asia’s biggest cultural fest, the band is back to perform for its fans in India.
Fire on Dawson will be playing 2 shows in India in Mumbai and Kolkata.
5.2.2012 – Mumbai: Fire on Dawson will be headlining the MANZAR Festival of ICT Mumbai. This concert will be a fundraiser for the CRY foundation and is being organized by Rock for a Cause in association with Vh1.
7.2.2012 – Kolkata: Fire on Dawson will be headlining the Outlawed Festival of NUJS Kolkata.
About Fire on Dawson: The band, with their Indian vocalist and German instrumentalists combo, released their highly acclaimed debut album ‘PROGNATIVE‘ in 2010. The album debuted at no.1 in both the German and Indian Myspace Rock Charts, while also enjoying top 10 stints in the Progressive Rock charts of Eastern Europe and South America. The band spent most of 2010 and 2011 in the Worldwide Myspace Progressive Rock charts Top 50, peaking at no.16 in December 2011. Fire on Dawson is currently recording and producing their second album which is stated for release in the first half of 2012.
