Metamorphik Productions presents Metalwave@XSB. Metal Wave will feature performances by Skrypt, Equilibrium, Perpetual Void and Four Clover. The event will also feature members of SHOCK THREAPY (Jay, Aniket and Rahul), CADENT SLAVES (Santosh) and Sumeet coming together to perform a short set of Thrash, Death and Heavy Metal covers!
The event takes place on May 19th at Rainbow Shopping Mall, Rajiv Rahadari Road, Karkhana, Secunderabad, Hyderabad.
Skrypt (Hyderabad)
Skrypt is a five-piece Progressive Thrash metal band from Hyderabad. They’ve managed to create a unique blend of Groovy Thrash metal, mixed with Progressive patterns and melodies. They’re known for their intense live performances, well structured and intricate style of composing music. Since their inception, they’ve released Discord, toured extensively and signed up with US based record label, Dark Harvest.
This would be their last gig for a few months since the band is concentrating on releasing their next album soon. Ramya (ex-guitarist) will be visiting India for a short while and will play a few songs at the gig so this is gonna be something to watch out for! The band is planning on filming and making a live recording of the show, so if you’re a fan of their music, do not miss this one.
Equilibrium (Hyderabad)
Equilibrium is a 5 piece metal band from Hyderabad. Their musical influences range from the pioneers of metal such as Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, Accept, Megadeth & most importantly Iron Maiden. They pay homage to the gods of metal by infusing their sound with heavy riffs and melodic guitar solos.
Perpetual Void (Hyderabad)
Perpetual Void is a five piece upcoming Thrash Death metal band from Hyderabad. Formed in February 2012 consisting of Swaroop on drums (ex Cerebral Assassins), Roshan (ex Cerebral Assassins ) and Chaitanya on guitars, Kenneth on bass and Pranav on vocals, their influences are Slayer, Pantera, Lamb of God, Opeth et. al. The band has been working on own compositions since its inception and has released their first single called Ministry of Death.
