Navi Mumbai based groove/power metallers, ASYLUM, have released their first single ‘Towards The Zero‘ (Listen here) from their debut EP ‘Inmate‘. The EP is scheduled for release sometime late October/early November. The EP has been recorded with Arun Iyer (Devoid) and it’s the first time the band has entered into a studio for recording. Artwork has been done by Karishma Mehta
We asked the band to give us insight into the EP “The concept behind the album is basically how we, as humans, believe anything that is told to us in the name of a “higher being”, and how we perceive God to be a physical entity rather than a spiritual one. We also talk about how we, as a species, destroy nature and corrupt Earth in the name of development.”
