SoulScreech release their debut single ‘”Conflicting Thought Patterns”

Delhi based progressive deathcore metal band, SoulScreech, has released their debut single “Conflicting Thought Patterns“. Formed few months back in September 2011, their music is a mixture heavy riffage, breakdowns and melodies. The band’s music very much influenced fromĀ  bands like Born Of Osiris, Job For A Cowboy, Veil Of Maya, Opeth, The Faceless, August Burns Red, Trigger The Bloodshed etc. Among Indian bands, their favorites includes Skyharbor, Amogh Symphony, Noiseware, Undying Inc and Exhumation.

Their debut track’s lyrics are basically about a person facing a dilemma in life, trying to forget the past and get on with things,how each passing thought in his head is sharply contradicted by the very next and then how he questions himself. The main inspiration behind the lyrics have been actual life experiences of their vocalist, Chaitanya.

The track is a home recording and it was recorded and mixed by their own guitarist Tushar Saxena
