‘Chaotic Beauty’, an organized chaos by the Finnish death/heavy band is another album that shouldn’t be missed by those into black/death metal. Black metal vocals and fast music runs out on you right from the beginning. The second song ‘Blood of faith stains my hands’ begins like slower metal, but the black metal vocals rush out supported by the keyboards in the background. Third track ‘Autumn’s grief’, a standout track of the album begins with piano and the electric guitars join in. Nice melodies performed by keyboards together with the singer’s rough voice. Then is ‘Seventh Eclipse’ another of those tracks with blazing guitars and death vocals.And the next is a slow one, ‘Bride Of The Crimson Sea’ is a clearly aspirating for the gothic label. In this song you can hear also a female voice accompanied by a male one for the first time. Slow and very nice music. Following this is another of those fast tracks called ‘Black Tears’. More than black metal feels like heavy metal. Next in line is ‘Tar of Chaos’ which is again black metal with beautifully laid out keyboard sound. E.T.o.S has put a really colorful album with varied form of influences and also showing their musicianship. So you cannot exactly put the album into a particular style. Album must for fans of fast, melodic metal music.
